## Description

The User Acquisition Manager will play a crucial role in driving the growth of our user base across all apps. This role demands a strategic and analytical mindset, with a strong understanding of digital marketing and user acquisition tactics. The ideal candidate will manage user acquisition campaigns, analyze performance data, and collaborate with various teams to achieve our growth objectives.

**Key Responsibilities:**

-   Strategy Development: Design and execute comprehensive user acquisition strategies to drive app installs and engagement.
-   Campaign Management: Plan, launch, and optimize multi-channel acquisition campaigns across platforms such as social media, search engines, display networks, and mobile advertising networks such as Google, Meta etc.
-   Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze campaign performance using key metrics (CPI, CPA, LTV, ROAS) to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
-   Budget Management: Allocate and manage acquisition budgets to maximize return on investment (ROI).
-   Market Research: Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
-   Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, product, and analytics teams to align acquisition efforts with broader company goals.
-   Reporting: Prepare detailed reports on user acquisition performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
-   Innovation: Explore and test new acquisition channels, tactics, and technologies to drive growth and engagement.
-   A/B Testing: Implement A/B testing strategies to optimize creative, messaging, and targeting for better campaign performance.

## Requirements

-   Proven experience in user acquisition for mobile apps, with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.
-   Expertise in digital marketing channels, including Google Ads, Facebook
-   Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
-   Proficiency with marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager and Google Admob
-   Knowledge of app analytics and tracking tools (e.g., Appsflyer, Adjust) is a plus.
