**POSITION SUMMARY:**

Creates, publishes, and monitors Engineering reports through PowerBi, ensuring that it is modeled by a common data structure that satisfies the functional requirements of the area, and supports overall business objectives. Supports the optimization of business systems internal to Engineering and as affected, cross functionally through the process of continuous improvement.

**WHAT YOU WILL DO:**

-   Creates, maintains and publishes Engineering PowerBi business reports.
-   Develops, maintains and improves Engineering SharePoint sites, Power Apps, and Visual Studio programs.
-   Participates in and supports Engineering process improvement projects, system upgrades and modifications, to ensure continuity of data integrity, and optimal use of system functionality,
-   Analyze and identify departmental business system processes for improved automation and reporting.
-   Incorporate automation into Engineering business systems data collection for reporting purposes
-   Creates and maintains process documents pertaining to the creation and maintenance of PowerBi reports, SharePoint sites, Visual Studio programs, etc.
-   Other duties as assigned

**WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL:**

-   Degree / diploma in a related business systems discipline
-   2-3 years’ experience in data analysis/development.
-   Experience in the design/development of SharePoint sites, PowerBi reports, Visual Studio, Visual Basic, .NET, Power Query, Python
-   Strong organizational and time management skills with keen attention to detail and commitment to excellence
-   High level attention to detail
-   Motivated self-starter with ability and desire to work in a fast-paced environment
-   Strong/effective communication skills, both internal and external
-   Intermediate/Advanced proficiency with Microsoft products including Excel, PowerBI, SharePoint Online and Power Automate (MS Flow)
-   Travel to US (<5%)
