## Description

-   Connect with prospective clients through company-generated leads.
-   Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable residential and commercial properties.
-   Schedule and coordinate site visits with interested customers.
-   Build and maintain strong customer relationships throughout the sales cycle.
-   Follow up with prospective buyers to maximize conversions.
-   Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM.
-   Achieve assigned sales targets and business objectives.
-   Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience from inquiry to booking.
-   Stay updated on ongoing and upcoming real estate projects, pricing, and market trends.
-   Ensure timely documentation and compliance during the sales process.

## Requirements

-   Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role
-   Proficiency in English
-   Excellent knowledge of MS Office
-   Hands-on experience with CRM software is a plus
-   Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
-   Fast learner and passion for sales
-   Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
-   Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations
-   High school degree
