## Description

We are partnered with a fast-growing software provider that builds complex, cloud-based management platforms. They are looking for a detailed, technical **QA / Software Test Analyst** to join their quality assurance team.

  

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys manual and automated web application testing, troubleshooting complex workflows, and ensuring high software quality.

  

**Location:** Bristol (Hybrid - 3 days onsite)

**Type:** Full-time, Permanent

**Salary:** 30,000 - 35,000

**Core Focus:** Web Application Testing, QA, Regression Testing, Issue Tracking

  

**Key Responsibilities**

-   **Software Testing:** Execute manual and exploratory test scripts across core cloud platform modules.
-   **Defect Management:** Identify, log, and track software bugs and configuration issues clearly.
-   **Quality Assurance:** Perform regression testing for new feature releases and system updates.
-   **Collaboration:** Partner with development and support teams to resolve issues and verify fixes.

  

**Essential Requirements**

-   **Testing Background:** Proven experience in web software testing, QA methodologies, or technical support.
-   **Problem Solving:** Excellent troubleshooting skills and attention to detail.
-   **Communication:** Clear written and verbal communication skills for documenting defects.
-   **Technical Aptitude:** Strong overall IT literacy and interest in cloud applications.
