**Senior Accountant FP&A**

**Wethersfield/Newington CT Area**

**$90,000 - $95,000 + Bonus**

**Hybrid Schedule: 4 Days Onsite, 1 Day Remote**

**Revere Staffing Partners is hiring for one of our premier clients in the Wethersfield, CT area.** We are seeking a Senior Accountant/FP&A professional to support financial planning, reporting, forecasting, and business operations within a growing manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

-   Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities
-   Perform month-end close, account reconciliations, and balance sheet reviews
-   Prepare financial reports, forecasts, and cash flow analysis
-   Support capital investment decisions and business case development
-   Partner with operational leaders to drive financial performance
-   Assist with audits and ensure compliance with accounting standards
-   Identify opportunities to improve financial processes and reporting efficiency

Qualifications

-   Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
-   3+ years of FP&A, cost accounting, or general accounting experience in a manufacturing environment
-   Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems
-   Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables and financial analysis
-   Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities

Compensation & Benefits

-   $90,000 - $95,000 annual salary
