Are you **fluent Swedish speaker** with a passion for fashion?

Are you willing to work as a Swedish Customer Support Representative for Zalando, a leading European online retailer of shoes, clothes and beauty products, which connects customers and brands in 25 countries?

**What you will do:**

-   Communicating through chat & phone with customers
-   Answering how-to questions
-   Troubleshooting customers' issues
-   Create amazing experience that customers value

## Requirements

The role of a **Swedish Customer Support Representative** requires:  

-   **Native level of Swedish**
-   **Advanced level of English**
-   Great communication & soft skills, as well as problem-solving skills
-   Computer knowledge/tech savviness
-   **EU Passport holder**
