## Description

**Purpose:** Responsible for optimizing production processes, ensuring quality control, and managing resources to meet production targets. Responsible for collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues, implement continuous improvement initiatives, and drive cost-saving measures. Responsible for leading structured problem-solving initiatives, providing training and support to operators, and ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations.

**Key Area of Responsibilities:**

-   Monitor production performance, track OEE metrics, and identify areas for improvement.
-   Optimize shop floor layout, material flow, and equipment relocation to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and enhance productivity.
-   Improve efficiency, reduce cycle times, and enhance product quality through process improvements and automation solutions.
-   Lead 8D projects, drive structured problem-solving initiatives, and implement corrective actions to resolve quality issues.
-   Track and manage consumable tools and non-capitalized equipment inventory levels, optimize inventory levels, and prevent stockouts.
-   Manage suppliers to ensure timely delivery and optimal pricing.
-   Ensure safety compliance, conduct regular safety audits, and address operator concerns.
-   Provide technical support to operators, resolve issues, and develop clear procedures.
-   Design and implement automated workflows, minimize human intervention, and ensure seamless machine operations.
-   Identify training needs, develop targeted training programs, and document training processes and outcomes.
-   Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve complex production issues, drive process improvements, and share knowledge.
-   Plan and allocate resources to meet production targets, monitor performance, and identify bottlenecks.
-   Lead improvement projects, implement cost-reduction initiatives, and track savings.
-   Maintain accurate documentation of process changes, tooling updates, quality improvements, and operator feedback.

## Requirements

-   Bachelor’s in Engineering (Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical, Precision or Industrial Engineering).
-   Experience with Lean Manufacturing, automation, and process improvement.
-   Familiarity with manufacturing processes (machining, robotics, polishing, welding).
-   Knowledge of automation solutions and digital tools.
-   Knowledge of OEE metrics and data analysis.
-   Knowledge of safety protocols and regulations.
-   Experience with 8D problem-solving methodology and CAPA implementation.
-   Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
-   Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
-   Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
-   Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
-   Ability to lead and participate in improvement projects.
-   Continuous learning mindset and adaptability to new technologies and processes.
-   Knowledge of training development and delivery.
-   Experience with cross-functional collaboration and process improvement initiatives.
