## Description

**Luxarabia Real Estate L.L.C.** is looking for motivated and enthusiastic **Real Estate Agents** to join our expanding team in Dubai. **Key Responsibilities:**

-   Identify client requirements and recommend suitable off-plan investment opportunities.
-   Present project details, payment plans, developer profiles, and investment benefits to prospective buyers.
-   Manage and respond to inbound leads in a timely and professional manner.
-   Conduct client meetings, project presentations, and developer site visits.
-   Build and maintain strong relationships with investors, homeowners, and referral partners.
-   Follow up consistently with prospects and maintain an active sales pipeline.
-   Guide clients through the reservation, booking, SPA signing, and payment process.
-   Maintain accurate records of all client interactions and sales activities within the CRM system.
-   Stay updated on new project launches, market trends, developer incentives, and pricing strategies.
-   Attend company meetings, training sessions, and developer events as required.
