Senior Backend Engineer Job Description  
  
We are seeking a Senior Backend Engineer to join our team and help build and operate high-scale backend services.  
  
Responsibilities:  
\- Design and implement resilient backend services to support high-scale operations.  
\- Improve the reliability and performance of existing systems.  
\- Collaborate closely with product and infrastructure teams to deliver robust solutions.  
  
Requirements:  
\- 3+ years of professional experience with Go and/or Python.  
\- Strong understanding of distributed systems, including consensus, replication, sharding, caching, and messaging.  
\- Hands-on experience with microservices architecture and API development.  
\- Familiarity with cloud-native observability tools and practices.
