**ABOUT THE ROLE**

A leading, internationally accredited healthcare provider in the UAE is expanding its Internal Medicine, Adult Medicine, Inpatient Care, and Complex Medical Services and is seeking an experienced Consultant Internal Medicine Physician to join its growing clinical team.

**ROLE OVERVIEW**

The successful candidate will provide consultant-level Internal Medicine and comprehensive adult medical care within a collaborative multidisciplinary environment supported by experienced consultants, nurses, allied health professionals, and modern diagnostic and treatment infrastructure.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**

-   Provide comprehensive consultant-level care for adult patients with acute, chronic, and complex medical conditions.
-   Lead inpatient medical rounds, clinical assessment, diagnostic evaluation, treatment planning, and discharge coordination.
-   Manage complex comorbidities including diabetes, hypertension, infections, cardiovascular disease, renal disorders, and other internal medicine conditions.
-   Evaluate and manage undifferentiated medical presentations and coordinate appropriate specialist referrals.
-   Provide continuity of care across inpatient, outpatient, and follow-up settings.
-   Collaborate with subspecialists and multidisciplinary teams to ensure integrated patient management.
-   Supervise junior doctors and support clinical education and evidence-based medical practice.
-   Participate in clinical governance, audits, quality improvement, and patient safety initiatives.
-   Maintain accurate EMR documentation, medication safety, and compliance with UAE healthcare standards.

## Requirements

Applications are welcome from internationally trained Consultant Internal Medicine Physicians holding recognised specialist qualifications such as:

-   American Board of Internal Medicine (ABIM)
-   UK CCT / MRCP / FRCP
-   European Board of Internal Medicine / National Specialist Registration
-   Royal College Certification (Canada)
-   Australian FRACP
-   Arab Board in Internal Medicine
-   MD / DNB / FCPS or equivalent recognised specialist qualification in Internal Medicine
