## Description

-   **$75,000–$90,000 | Full-Time**
-   **Kansas City, MO & Surrounding Communities**
-   **7 Days On / 7 Days Off | On-Call Overnights & Weekends**

Phoenix Home Care & Hospice is seeking an experienced and compassionate **On-Call Registered Nurse** to support our Overland Park hospice team. This role is essential to delivering timely, skilled, and meaningful end-of-life care in patients’ homes—exactly when they and their families need it most. If you thrive in autonomous nursing, value connection, and want your work to truly matter, this position stands out.

### Requirements

-   **Active Missouri or Compact RN License**
-   **Minimum 1 year of hospice experience required**
-   Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
-   Strong clinical judgment and ability to work independently
-   Excellent communication and organization skills

### Responsibilities

-   Respond to patient and family needs
-   Complete routine and as-needed home visits
-   Triage urgent situations and manage symptoms
-   Collaborate with physicians and the hospice team
-   Maintain accurate clinical documentation
