## Description

Job Title: Occupational Therapist (Telehealth) – Hope Disability Support  
  
About the Role:  
\- Provide telehealth occupational therapy services to NDIS participants across NSW.  
\- Conduct remote assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.  
\- Deliver therapy sessions via video conferencing platforms.  
\- Collaborate with support workers and plan managers to ensure comprehensive care.  
\- Enjoy a flexible work-from-home arrangement.  
  
Requirements:  
\- Current AHPRA registration as an Occupational Therapist.  
\- Experience working with NDIS participants is preferred.  
\- Strong communication and technology skills.  
\- Reliable internet connection and a suitable home office setup.  
\- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check or willingness to obtain one.
