## Description

Bremer Whyte Brown & O'Meara, LLP is seeking a Recruiting Specialist to join our Recruiting Team in our Newport Beach headquarters. We are a reputable and forward-thinking mid-sized law firm with 225+ attorneys across nine offices in four states, recognized for our sixth consecutive year in the U.S. News – Best Lawyers® 'Best Law Firms' rankings. As a Recruiting Specialist, you will work collaboratively with our Recruiting Team, supporting recruiting for attorney, legal support, and law clerk positions across all of our offices.

### **Responsibilities**

-   Proactively source candidates of all levels through direct outreach via phone, email, LinkedIn, law school networks, referrals, job boards, and other creative search strategies.
-   Engage and attract passive candidates, effectively generating interest in opportunities at the Firm.
-   Screen and interview sourced candidates to evaluate their fit with the Firm, and present qualified candidates to Hiring Managers.
-   Perform market research and strategize with the Recruiting Team regarding lateral hiring needs of the Firm.
-   Manage job postings and maintain accurate candidate files in the applicant tracking system.
-   Assist the Recruiting Team with all aspects of lateral recruiting as needed.
-   Assist with law school outreach, on-campus interview programs, and recruiting events as needed.

## Requirements

-   Bachelor's degree required
-   2 - 3+ years of sourcing experience; lateral attorney or legal recruiting agency experience strongly preferred
-   Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed and other recruiting platforms
-   Highly organized with sharp attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
-   Professional, discreet, and able to handle confidential information appropriately
-   Self-motivated, reliable team player with a positive and collaborative personality
-   Strong written and verbal communication skills
-   Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook

The expected base salary range is $80,000- $100,000, depending upon experience.
