## Description

**Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC)**

**Location:** California  
**Salary:** $115,000 - $120,000 per year  
**Schedule:** Monday to Friday  
**Setting:** Telehealth / Remote

We are seeking a California-licensed mental health professional to provide remote counseling services for clients who need steady, accessible support. This role is a strong fit for a clinician who values meaningful client work, clear communication, and the flexibility of providing care through a secure telehealth setting.

**Key Responsibilities**

-   Provide remote mental health counseling services to clients located in California
-   Complete assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and related clinical documentation
-   Support clients with emotional, relational, and behavioral health concerns
-   Deliver ethical, evidence-informed care through secure telehealth sessions
-   Maintain professional standards for confidentiality, communication, and client care

## Requirements

-   Must hold an active California license in one of the following accepted credentials: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Psychologist, or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
-   Experience providing therapy, counseling, psychology, or clinical social work services
-   Comfortable delivering care in a telehealth / remote setting
-   Strong clinical judgment and client-centered communication skills
-   Ability to manage a remote caseload with professionalism and consistency
