## Description

Mercier Consultancy is excited to offer an opportunity for a Dutch Speaking Customer Service Representative to join our Client's Travel & Hospitality Company based in Greece. In this pivotal role, you will provide exceptional support to Dutch-speaking customers, assisting them with travel arrangements, hotel bookings, and hospitality services.

Your fluency in Dutch will allow you to effectively communicate with clients, resolving inquiries, managing reservations, and ensuring a seamless travel experience. You will play a vital role in enhancing customer satisfaction and contributing to the success of our client’s travel services.

### Responsibilities

-   Provide excellent customer service in Dutch via phone, email, and chat regarding travel and hospitality inquiries
-   Assist customers with travel bookings, modifications, cancellations, and special requests
-   Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally
-   Document customer interactions accurately within the CRM system
-   Collaborate with hotel and travel partners to ensure smooth service delivery
-   Collect and relay feedback to improve service quality and customer experience
-   Stay informed about industry trends, travel destinations, and promotional offers

## Requirements

-   Fluency in Dutch and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
-   Exceptional customer service skills and a problem-solving mindset
-   Experience in customer service, ideally within travel, hospitality or tourism sectors
-   Ability to manage multiple customer inquiries efficiently in a fast-paced environment
-   Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
-   Passion for travel and helping customers create memorable experiences
-   Familiarity with CRM systems and customer support software is a plus
