## Description

City Wide Facility Solutions is looking for a dependable Maintenance Technician to support our commercial facility clients in the Greensboro/Winston-Salem (Triad) market. In this hands-on role, you'll handle general repairs, preventative maintenance, and day-to-day building upkeep to keep our clients' properties running smoothly.

What you'll do:

\- Perform general maintenance and repair tasks at commercial facilities throughout the Triad

\- Handle building upkeep projects, both indoors and outdoors

\- Complete light painting and surface preparation work

\- Repair doors, lighting, fixtures, and other building components

\- Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively

\- Work from ladders or lifts as needed for certain tasks

\- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at each jobsite

\- On call schedule for emergency facility response.

## Requirements

What we're looking for:

\- Prior experience in maintenance, repair, or construction work

\- Comfortable working outdoors and in varying weather conditions

\- Willingness to work from ladders or lifts when required

\- Strong mechanical aptitude and eagerness to learn new skills

\- Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently with minimal supervision

\- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
