## Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Internal Medicine physician to join our healthcare team. The selected candidate will provide comprehensive care to adult patients, addressing a wide spectrum of acute and chronic medical conditions.

This role requires a strong commitment to patient-centered care, excellent diagnostic skills, and the ability to develop individualized treatment plans. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes and promote overall wellness.

### Responsibilities

-   Conduct thorough patient evaluations, including detailed histories and physical examinations.
-   Diagnose and manage complex medical conditions in adult patients.
-   Develop and implement personalized treatment plans.
-   Provide guidance on disease prevention and health maintenance.
-   Coordinate with specialists and healthcare team members to facilitate comprehensive care.
-   Maintain accurate and timely medical records.
-   Stay updated with current developments in Internal Medicine.
-   Participate in community health initiatives.

## Requirements

-   M.D. or D.O. degree from an accredited medical school.
-   Board certification in Internal Medicine.
-   Active and unrestricted medical license.
-   Minimum 3 years clinical experience preferred.
-   Strong analytical and clinical decision-making skills.
-   Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
-   Team-oriented approach to patient care.
-   Commitment to continuous learning.
-   Experience with EHR systems is a plus.
