Role Overview:

We are looking for a dedicated and motivated UX/UI Designer to join our ever-growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in user experience and user interface design and will be responsible for creating intuitive, engaging, and user-friendly digital experiences across our mobile applications, websites, and other digital platforms.

**Responsibilities**

-   Minimum of 3 years of proven experience as a UX/UI Designer, Product Designer, or in a similar digital design role.
-   Strong experience designing user interfaces and user experiences for mobile applications, websites, and digital products.
-   Design Expertise: Proficiency in industry-standard design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar platforms.
-   Strong understanding of UX principles, user research, wireframing, prototyping, information architecture, interaction design, and responsive design.
-   Language Skills: Advanced/Fluent English (both written and spoken) is mandatory for effective communication, design documentation, and collaboration with global teams.

## Requirements

-   UX/UI Design: Design intuitive, accessible, and visually engaging user experiences for mobile applications, websites, and other digital products.
-   User-Centred Design: Conduct user research, analyse user behaviour and feedback, and translate findings into effective design solutions that improve usability and customer experience.
-   Wireframing & Prototyping: Create user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes to communicate and validate design concepts.
-   Design Systems: Develop and maintain consistent design systems, UI components, typography, colour guidelines, and visual standards across digital platforms.
-   Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Product, Development, Marketing, and other internal teams to understand business requirements and ensure designs are implemented accurately.
-   Mobile & Web Design: Create responsive designs and ensure a consistent, seamless user experience across mobile applications, websites, and different screen sizes.
-   Usability & Accessibility: Apply UX best practices and accessibility principles to create simple, inclusive, and easy-to-use digital experiences.
-   Design Testing & Improvement: Conduct usability testing, gather feedback, identify areas for improvement, and continuously refine designs based on user and business needs.
-   Developer Handoff: Prepare detailed design specifications, assets, and prototypes and work closely with developers throughout the implementation process to ensure design accuracy.
