**Pay:** $21.00 per hour

Job description:

**Job Overview**  
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated In Home Caregivers to provide essential support to a specific client looking for 9A-7P, Monday through Sunday in Tamarac, FL at a Memory Care facility . The ideal candidates will possess a strong background in various medical settings, including geriatrics and post-acute care, and will be committed to enhancing the quality of life for our clients. This role requires a blend of skills and personal care abilities to ensure that each client receives the highest level of care tailored to their individual needs.

**Responsibilities**

-   Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, grooming, and meal preparation.
-   Assist memory care nurses and techs with bed to wheelchair transfers and back to bed.
-   Monitor and document clients' health status, reporting any changes to appropriate healthcare professionals.
-   Provide companionship and emotional support to clients, fostering a positive environment.
-   Assist with mobility and physical therapy exercises as directed by healthcare providers.
-   Maintain a clean and safe living environment for clients.
-   Collaborate with family members and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care.

**Requirements**

-   CNA certificate
-   Previous experience in caregiving or related fields is preferred, particularly in geriatrics or post-acute care settings.
-   Acute care hospital experience desired but not necessary.
-   Integrity and empathy a must have.
-   Must have automobile and auto insurance
-   Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with healthcare teams and families.
