-   **PRN opportunities may be considered if you can pick up several shifts weekly.**

**Job Responsibilities**

-   Provide individual, group, and family therapy in a residential treatment setting
-   Complete biopsychosocial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
-   Facilitate group sessions and psychoeducation
-   Collaborate with medical, psychiatric, and clinical teams to support patient progress
-   Maintain timely and accurate documentation _(with support from Heather AI)_
-   Support discharge planning and continuity of care

## Requirements

-   Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Behavioral Health Field preferred. High School Diploma required.
-   Minimum one (1) year of work experience in behavioral health field preferred.
-   OR State SUD certification required if education is equivalent to High School or Bachelor’s level. License preferred.

-   **CADC I,II, or III**
-   **QMHA or QMHP and willing to obtain a CADC**
-   **CSWA, LPCA, LMFT, LCSW, LPC**

-   CPR-AED and First Aid certification required.
