Responsibilities:

-   Engage with customers via phone and email to provide product and service support.
-   Review, decide, and process client requests efficiently.
-   Identify opportunities to improve the customer journey.

Share insights with internal teams to enhance product and service quality.

## Requirements

-   Native-level Dutch and fluent English (B2)
-   Customer support experience is a plus
-   Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-   Proactive, self-driven, and team-oriented
-   High school diploma or vocational training completed
-   EU citizenship or valid work permit for Portugal
