## Requirements

-   Native or fluent Portuguese (spoken and written) is mandatory for this role.

-   Valid EU passport or a valid work permit for Bulgaria.
-   Proven experience in a Customer Support Services role or a high-volume client-facing environment.
-   Strong problem-solving skills and an empathetic approach to customer interaction.
-   Availability for on-site work in Sofia, Bulgaria.
