We are in search of a talented Senior Full Stack Developer to join our expanding team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building high-performance applications and ensuring seamless integration of frontend and backend services. This role requires a solid understanding of modern web technologies and a passion for delivering exceptional user experiences.

## Requirements

**Key Responsibilities**

-   Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using technologies like React, Node.js, and Express.
-   Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other developers to implement engaging features.
-   Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
-   Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code, adhering to best practices and coding standards.
-   Debug and troubleshoot issues in a timely manner, implementing effective solutions.
-   Participate in code reviews and provide mentorship to junior developers.
-   Stay current with new technologies and industry trends to continue advancing AHOY's tech stack.

**Qualifications**

-   7+ years of experience in full stack development.
-   Proficiency in frontend technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like React or Angular.
-   Strong backend development skills in Node.js with experience in Express.js.
-   Familiarity with database technologies (SQL and NoSQL) including MongoDB and PostgreSQL.
-   Experience with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
-   Knowledge of CI/CD practices and tools.
-   Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
-   Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
-   Ability to work collaboratively in a remote environment.
