LV Petroleum is seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Bartender to join our restaurant team located in Albert Lea. This role is responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences through expertly crafted beverages, attentive service, and maintaining a vibrant bar atmosphere in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

### Key Responsibilities

-   Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to company recipes and standards
-   Provide outstanding customer service by engaging guests in a friendly, professional manner
-   Maintain full knowledge of menu offerings, including cocktails, wine, beer, and food pairings
-   Ensure bar area is clean, organized, and fully stocked at all times
-   Accurately process orders using POS systems and handle cash/credit transactions responsibly
-   Monitor guest consumption and comply with all alcohol service laws and responsible serving practices
-   Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure timely service
-   Assist with opening and closing duties, including inventory and restocking
-   Uphold all health, safety, and sanitation standards

## Requirements

### Qualifications

-   Minimum 1–2 years of bartending experience, preferably in a high-volume or casino/hotel environment
-   Strong knowledge of mixology, cocktail recipes, and beverage trends
-   Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-   Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
-   Must be at least 21 years old
-   Valid Nevada TAM (Techniques of Alcohol Management) Card required
-   Food Handler Safety Certification preferred
