## Description

Kiratech is seeking skilled DevOps, with the capabilities to work in a team, within an agile framework.

Our DevOps plays a critical role in ensuring the successful deployment and maintenance of our applications and infrastructure. We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced DevOps Engineer to join our team and help us improve our automation, scalability, and reliability.

## Requirements

### **Requirements:**

-   Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science or related field.
-   3+ years of experience as a DevOps Engineer or similar role.
-   Hands-on experience with containerization and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
-   Proficiency in scripting languages such as Bash, Python, or PowerShell.
-   Experience with version control systems, particularly Git.
-   Solid understanding of Linux system administration and networking fundamentals.
-   Experience managing and maintaining cloud infrastructure on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
-   Strong understanding of application and infrastructure security best practices.
-   Experience with monitoring and logging tools such as Datadog, Signoz, Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK stack.
-   Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
-   Strong communication and collaboration skills.

### **Preferred Qualifications:**

-   AWS, Azure, or GCP certifications.
-   Experience with managed cloud-native container services like Azure Container Apps, AWS ECS/Fargate, or GCP Cloud Run.
-   Experience with serverless architectures using AWS Lambda or Azure Functions.
-   Experience with CI/CD pipelines using tools such as GitHub Actions, Bitbucket Pipelines or Jenkins.
-   Familiarity with agile development methodologies.

### **Your day-to-day tasks will mainly include, but not limited to:**

-   Design, implement, and maintain the infrastructure and processes required for the successful deployment and operation of our applications.
-   Work closely with development teams to ensure that our applications are scalable, reliable, and secure.
-   Design, implement, and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) for cloud provisioning using tools like Terraform or CloudFormation.
-   Deploy, scale, and orchestrate containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes.
-   Manage and maintain our cloud infrastructure on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
-   Collaborate with development teams to optimize application architecture for scalability and reliability.
-   Implement and maintain monitoring and logging systems to ensure the health of our applications and infrastructure.
-   Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to application and infrastructure performance.
-   Implement and maintain security best practices for our applications and infrastructure.
-   Support disaster recovery, backup, and rollback procedures for our applications and infrastructure.
-   Participate in on-call rotation to ensure 24x7 availability of our applications and infrastructure.
-   Continuously evaluate and implement new technologies, tools, and upgrades to improve our DevOps processes and infrastructure.
-   Create and maintain technical documentation, including system architecture diagrams, deployment runbooks, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
-   Provide assistance with internal or external IT support, including Microsoft O365 management and other necessary requests.
