## Description

Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a Senior Manager - Design specializing in Architecture to lead the design of a Football Training Center. This role is essential in ensuring that the architectural design aligns with the strategic vision of Qiddiya’s sports and entertainment initiatives, delivering world-class training facilities that inspire athletes and engage the community.

As a Senior Manager, you will manage and coordinate all design phases, collaborating closely with stakeholders, consultants, and contractors to ensure efficient and effective project execution.

### Responsibilities

-   Lead the architectural design of Football Training Centers, ensuring innovative, functional, and sustainable design solutions.
-   Oversee all design stages from concept development through construction documentation and execution.
-   Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams including landscape, structural, MEP, and sustainability consultants to integrate design elements seamlessly.
-   Ensure compliance with applicable codes, standards, and best practices.
-   Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and consultants to maintain project timelines, budget, and quality standards.
-   Review and approve design deliverables, drawings, and specifications.
-   Conduct regular site visits to monitor construction progress and resolve design-related issues.
-   Mentor and guide design team members to foster professional development and high performance.
-   Engage with external stakeholders and suppliers as necessary to incorporate current trends and technologies.

## Requirements

-   Bachelor's degree in Architecture or equivalent; advanced degree preferred.
-   Minimum of 10 years of experience in architectural design, with at least 5 years focused on sports facilities or training centers.
-   Proven expertise in managing large-scale architectural projects from concept to completion.
-   Strong knowledge of construction methods, building codes, and sustainability standards.
-   Proficiency in design and documentation software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
-   Excellent leadership, communication, and coordination skills.
-   Experience working in multinational and culturally diverse environments.
-   Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
-   Familiarity with the Middle East market and relevant regulations is a plus.
