## Description

Keep a multi-year greenfield pharmaceutical program in Carolina, Puerto Rico on schedule. You will be the coordination hub across CQV workstreams: schedules, resources, action items and progress reporting.

**What you'll do**

-   Maintain schedules and execution priorities across CQV workstreams.
-   Coordinate resources, track actions and report progress.
-   Run coordination meetings and stakeholder communication.

## Requirements

-   10+ years of project coordination, ideally on pharmaceutical capital or CQV programs.
-   Scheduling (MS Project or Primavera), action tracking and reporting.
-   Highly organized and proactive; bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
-   Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, Business or related.

## Benefits

-   Contract: 60 months (multi-year program), with possible extension
-   Shift: Administrative, Monday–Friday, on-site 5 days/week
