## Description

### Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Graphic Designer to join our architectural modeling team. The successful candidate will be responsible for adding media to architectural mock-ups, ensuring that all visual elements are accurately and creatively integrated into the designs.

-   Media Integration: Add various types of media, including textures, images, and other visual elements, to architectural mock-ups to enhance their realism and appeal.
-    Collaboration: Work closely with architects and other team members to understand project requirements and design objectives.
-   Design Refinement: Refine and enhance the visual aspects of architectural models to ensure they meet the highest standards of quality and accuracy.
-    Creative Input: Generate creative ideas and solutions to improve the overall design and presentation of architectural projects.
-   Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring that all deadlines are met and that the final deliverables are of the highest quality.
-   Feedback and Direction: Provide feedback and direction to junior designers and other team members to ensure consistency and quality in all design work.

## Requirements

-   Education: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Architecture, or a related field. 
-   Experience: 3+ years of experience in graphic design, or related fields.
-   Software Proficiency: Expertise in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and architectural modeling software like AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Rhino are a plus. 
-   Attention to Detail: High level of attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all visual elements added to architectural mock-ups.
-   Project Management: Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
