## Description

Mercier Consultancy is seeking a highly motivated Italian-Speaking Customer Service Representative to join our Tobacco Department team. This remote position allows you to work from anywhere in Greece while delivering exceptional support to our Italian-speaking customers.

In this role, you will assist customers with inquiries related to tobacco products, orders, and service issues, ensuring a high standard of customer satisfaction. Your fluency in Italian will be essential to communicate effectively and build strong customer relationships.

### Responsibilities

-   Provide excellent customer service in Italian via phone, email, and chat regarding tobacco products and orders
-   Assist customers with product information, order status, and resolving any issues or complaints
-   Ensure accurate documentation of customer interactions in the CRM system
-   Coordinate with internal teams to facilitate efficient order processing and delivery
-   Gather and report customer feedback to contribute to service improvements
-   Stay informed about tobacco industry trends and product updates

## Requirements

-   Fluent in Italian and English, with strong communication skills; your nationality and native language must be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter
-   Proven customer service skills with a focus on delivering excellent client experiences
-   Previous experience in customer service, preferably in tobacco, retail, or related sectors, is advantageous
-   Ability to manage multiple inquiries and resolve issues efficiently
-   Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
-   Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment
-   Familiarity with CRM systems and customer support software is a plus
