**About the Role**

Here at Kinisla, we're currently recruiting a Production Operator to join our team in Listowel, County Kerry. The successful candidate will be liaising with shipping, warehousing personnel and quality.

**What will I be doing?**

-   This role requires a demonstrated aptitude for decision making and the ability to delegate responsibility appropriately
-   Ensuring adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) throughout all areas of responsibility
-   Ensures compliance to Company Health, Quality, Safety and Environment policy
-   Liaise with shipping / warehousing personnel / quality
-   Maintain close contact with all relevant parties and manage information sharing
-   Assimilation and co-ordination of information
-   General production office administration
-   Demonstrated accuracy and attention to detail in work
-   The successful candidate will have the ability to monitor performance against expectations consistently
-   Must demonstrate the ability to consider alternative measures and develop contingency plans
-   Assume responsibility of actions and follow through to completion

**What do I need to be successful?**

-   Previous manufacturing experience is desirable but not essential
-   Knowledge of the plant processes and products
-   Operate a clean as you go policy
-   Willing to learn good manufacturing practices
-   Be organized, systematic and should possess the ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines​
-   Strong attention to detail
-   Ability to be flexible and adaptable to respond to changing demands.​
-   Proficient in the use of MS Office tools​
-   Demonstrate teamwork and willing to be a part of a team
-   A third level qualification is desirable, but not essential
-   A Leaving Certificate qualification is required
