Mercier Consultancy is thrilled to present an opportunity for a German Speaking Banking Support Specialist within a dynamic Digital Banking environment in Greece. If you are fluent in German and eager to contribute to the financial technology revolution, we want you on our team!

As a Banking Support Specialist, you will assist our German-speaking clients by providing exceptional support across various digital banking services. You will be responsible for addressing inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and delivering a seamless banking experience to our customers in a fast-paced, innovative setting.

### Responsibilities

-   Provide high-quality customer support in German for our digital banking services
-   Address customer inquiries related to digital banking products and functionalities
-   Guide clients through online banking processes and transactions
-   Document customer interactions and troubleshoot issues in our system
-   Collaborate with technology teams to resolve complex customer issues
-   Stay informed about the latest developments in digital banking and fintech
-   Participate in ongoing training to enhance your knowledge and skills

## Requirements

-   Fluency in German and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
-   Customer service orientation with a commitment to client satisfaction
-   Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
-   A genuine interest in digital banking and financial technologies
-   Good organizational skills and attention to detail
-   No prior banking experience is required; however, experience in customer service is beneficial
-   Familiarity with digital tools and platforms is a plus
