## Description

**Sales Manager:**

\* Develop and implement sales strategy.

\* Lead and manage the sales team.

\* Expand customer base.

\* Maintain key accounts.

\* Monitor sales performance.

\* Coordinate with Operations and Customer Service.

\* Achieve company sales targets.

\* Report directly to top management

## Requirements

\* Bachelor’s Degree is a must,

\* 8 YOE in a Freight Forwarding Company or Shipping Line as a sales representative.

\* Previous experience in a Freight Forwarding Company or Shipping Line is mandatory.

\* Strong knowledge of international freight forwarding, import/export, and logistics services.

\* Strong leadership skills.

Existing customer portfolio is preferred.

\* Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.

\* Ability to develop sales strategies.

\* Experience in managing sales teams and achieving targets.

\* Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

\* Alexandria residents only.
