**Work from home in Greece – Fashion & Lifestyle Brand**

**Location: Remote (based in Greece)**

On behalf of our client, we are looking for **Danish-speaking Customer Support Representatives** to join a remote team supporting customers across Europe. This is a unique opportunity to combine a stable international role with the freedom of **working from home in Greece**.

### **Your role**

-   Be the main point of contact for customers via **phone, email and chat**
-   Support customers with **orders, deliveries, payments and general inquiries**
-   Handle complaints professionally and efficiently
-   Ensure a smooth and positive customer journey
-   Work closely with an international, remote team

## Requirements

-   **Fluent Danish** (written & spoken)
-   **Very good English**
-   Interest in **fashion, lifestyle or online shopping**
-   Previous customer service or retail experience is a plus
-   Comfortable working independently in a remote setup
-   Good technical understanding and computer skills
-   Strong communication skills and a problem-solving mindset
-   Based in Greece or willing to relocate
