## Description

**100% onsite**

**Night shift, no guaranteed weekends off**

**Responsibilities**

-   Strategize, implement, and manage capability building programs that adhere to organizational objectives
-   Plan and control deadlines, budgets and activities.
-   Work with other program managers to identify risks and opportunities across different programs offered by the company
-   Analyze, evaluate, and overcome program risks, and produce program reports for management and stakeholders
-   Work closely with cross-functional teams to plan and develop scope, deliverables, required resources, work plan, budget, and timing for new and existing initiatives.
-   Manage program keeping optimal return-on-investment in mind
-   Manage vendors and procurement processes for capability building programs.
-   Manage stakeholders and be accountable for delivering against established business goals/objectives

**Qualifications:**

-   At least 3 years of experience as a Trainer
-   At least 1 year of people management experience
-   Prefers those with experience in a content moderation account, but open to any line of business
-   Finished at least 2 years in college without back subjects
