## Requirements

-   Native or fluent proficiency in Portuguese, both spoken and written, is essential for this role.
-   Valid EU passport or appropriate work authorization documentation (mandatory).
-   A good working knowledge of English to facilitate internal communication and training within the international team environment.
-   Previous experience in a customer service, customer support, or client-facing role is advantageous, though motivated candidates with strong communication skills are also encouraged to apply.
