## Description

**Talent 360 is hiring a Sales Specialist for one of our clients in the HVAC industry.**

### Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and results-oriented Sales Specialist to join our client's team. The ideal candidate should have solid sales experience in **heating systems or ceramics** and a strong understanding of the relevant market.

### Key Responsibilities

-   Identify and develop new sales opportunities and potential clients.
-   Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
-   Present and promote the company's products and solutions.
-   Understand clients' needs and recommend suitable solutions.
-   Prepare quotations, negotiate terms, and follow up on sales opportunities.
-   Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth.
-   Follow up with clients throughout the sales cycle.

## Requirements

-   3–4 years of experience in Sales.
-   **Experience in Heating Systems is a MUST.**
-   Experience in **Ceramics** is also considered relevant.
-   **Male candidates only.**
-   **Engineering degree is NOT required.**
-   Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
-   Good command of English.
-   Strong customer relationship and business development skills.
