As a German-Speaking Player Support Specialist at Riot Games, you will be the key point of contact for German-speaking players, providing excellent support and ensuring an outstanding gaming experience. ### Your Key Responsibilities

-   Deliver high-quality support to German-speaking players through chat, email, and other communication channels.
-   Investigate, diagnose, and resolve player issues efficiently and with empathy.
-   Collect and communicate player feedback to help improve Riot Games’ products and services.
-   Maintain thorough and accurate records of player interactions and support cases.
-   Collaborate with internal teams to optimize support processes and player experiences.
-   Contribute to the development and maintenance of support documentation and knowledge base materials.

## Requirements

-   Fluency in German is required; proficiency in English is strongly preferred. Clearly state your native language and nationality in your application (C.V. and/or Cover Letter).
-   A strong passion for gaming and familiarity with Riot Games’ titles and gaming communities.
-   Previous experience in customer support or player support roles, ideally within the gaming sector, is valued.
-   Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage professionally and empathetically with players.
-   Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
-   A positive, team-oriented mindset with eagerness to learn and adapt.
-   Willingness and eligibility to relocate to Sofia, Bulgaria; full relocation package provided.
