## Description

99Bright Minds is looking for a detail-oriented Web Content Author & Uploader to manage, edit and publish digital content using Optimizely CMS. You will make sure every page is well structured, on-brand, SEO-friendly and accessible, so users get the best possible experience.

## Requirements

_Key Responsibilities_

-   Create, edit and publish web pages in Optimizely CMS.
-   Upload and format text, images, videos and other media.
-   Make sure content is structured correctly, follows brand guidelines and meets SEO and accessibility standards.
-   Work with design, development and marketing teams to optimize web content.
-   Test and review content before publishing to check quality and functionality.
-   Troubleshoot and fix minor content issues within Optimizely.
-   Keep content up to date and remove outdated material.
-   Track performance metrics and suggest improvements for engagement.

_Qualifications & Skills_

-   **1-6 year of experience** in content management and web publishing.
-   Hands-on experience with Optimizely CMS (formerly Episerver) or similar platforms.
-   Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS and SEO principles.
-   Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow brand and editorial guidelines.
-   Familiarity with image optimization tools, accessibility standards and analytics tools.
-   Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
-   Experience working with cross-functional teams.
-   **Bonus:** experience with Optimizely DAM, CMP and Content Recommendations.

_Preferred Qualifications_

-   Background in digital marketing, UX or web design.
