**Position Overview:**

Impact Recruiting Solutions is seeking a bilingual Mandarin Physician Assistant to provide housecall services in a multi-specialty practice in the Bronx, NY. This unique role offers the support of a personal driver to worksites and welcomes new graduates. Flexible full-time or part-time scheduling is available.

**Key Responsibilities:**

-   Conduct comprehensive health assessments and physical examinations in patients' homes.
-   Diagnose and manage acute and chronic health conditions.
-   Develop and implement individualized care plans.
-   Prescribe medications and treatments within the PA scope of practice.
-   Order and interpret diagnostic tests.
-   Provide patient and family education on health maintenance and disease management.
-   Coordinate care with physicians and other healthcare providers.
-   Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all patient encounters.

## Requirements

-   **Education:** Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program.
-   **Licensure:** Active New York State PA License (Required).
-   **Certification:** Board Certified as a Physician Assistant.
-   **Experience:** Open to New Graduates.
-   **Language:** Must be Bilingual in Mandarin (Required).
-   **Technical Skills:** Proficiency in comprehensive patient assessments, diagnosis, treatment planning, and documentation. Comfortable providing care in home settings.
-   **Soft Skills:** Highly independent, excellent communication skills (particularly with Mandarin-speaking patients), compassionate, adaptable, and culturally sensitive.
