## Requirements

-   Proven Track Record: Experience in high-stakes negotiations, investigative research, or complex sales  

-   Tech-Fluent: You’re a pro with CRM systems and investigative databases .

## Benefits

The Compensation & Perks 

-   Base Salary: $60,000 – $75,000 (Based on experience) 

-   Commission: 3–5% on recovered assets. With high-value claims, your earning potential is as big as your impact.  Earn additional commission when tag teaming with the Client Care Coordinator team.
