## Description

**Location:** San Francisco, CA

**Work Model:** Onsite (fully in-person)

**Industry:** AI for insurance and claims

**Compensation:** $120K-$150K base, plus equity and benefits

### About the Company

Our partner is a hyper-growth AI startup in insurance and claims, growing roughly 50% month over month and at multi seven-figure ARR within its first year. The team is small and moves quickly, with strategic problems arriving faster than there are people to own them.

### The Opportunity

This is a strategy and operations seat working directly with the chief executive on special projects and the initiatives that matter most in a given month. The work changes shape often, which is the point: the person in this role is trusted to pick up an ambiguous, high-stakes problem, structure it, and drive it to an outcome.

The path is explicit. This role is a fast track into leadership with a mandate to build and lead a team, so it suits someone who wants to own an area outright rather than support one indefinitely. Visa sponsorship is available.

### Responsibilities

- Partner directly with the chief executive on special projects and strategic initiatives
- Structure ambiguous, high-impact problems and drive them through to execution
- Move between several priorities at once without losing rigor on any of them
- Build the data and analysis behind major company decisions
- Build trust and drive alignment across stakeholders internally
- Grow into leading a team as the function takes shape

### Requirements

- Two or more years in management consulting, investment banking, private equity, or a strategic projects or operations role at a top-tier startup
- Data-driven and structured, with strong attention to detail
- Able to move quickly and switch context between high-impact initiatives
- A real operating track record, not strategy alone
- Strong interpersonal skills, able to build trust and communicate across stakeholders
- Based in or willing to relocate to San Francisco for an onsite role
- Bonus: insurance or claims operations experience
