## Description

The General Manager (GM) will oversee the operations and strategic direction of a glass processing company, ensuring efficient production, high-quality standards, and customer satisfaction. The GM will manage all aspects of the business, including operations, team leadership, financial performance, and business growth, while driving innovation and sustainability.

**Key Responsibilities:**

1\. Strategic Leadership:

-   Develop and execute the company's strategic plan, aligning operations with business goals.
-   Identify opportunities for market growth and diversification of services.

2\. Operational Excellence:

-   Oversee all glass processing activities, ensuring efficient workflows, optimal resource utilization, and adherence to quality standards.
-   Monitor equipment performance and implement maintenance schedules to reduce downtime.

3\. Quality and Compliance:

-   Maintain high standards of quality for all products, ensuring compliance with industry standards and customer specifications.
-   Implement safety protocols and environmental practices to ensure compliance with regulations.

4\. Financial Management:

-   Prepare and manage budgets, monitor operational costs and profitability.
-   Analyze financial data to identify areas for improvement and cost savings.
-   Negotiate contracts with suppliers and vendors to secure favorable terms.

5\. Team Management:

-   Lead, train, and mentor a multidisciplinary team of production, maintenance, and administrative staff.
-   Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.
-   Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide growth opportunities for staff.

6\. Customer and Market Focus:

-   Maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their needs are met with high-quality products and timely delivery.
-   Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to promote the company's services and capabilities.

7\. Innovation and Sustainability:

-   Identify and implement innovative technologies and processes to enhance productivity and product offerings.

## Requirements

**1\. Education and Experience**

-   Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
-   At least 10 years of leadership experience in manufacturing or industrial operations.
-   Strong knowledge of glass processing techniques, technologies, and industry standards.
-   Proven ability to manage large-scale manufacturing operations and multidisciplinary teams.

-   Strong English language skills, other languages are welcomed.

-   Strong leadership and team-building abilities.
-   Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills.
