**OFFICE AMBASSADOR- RECEPTIONIST | PLAINTIFF PERSONAL INJURY  
PAY:** $25/hour+ DOE

As the first point of contact for our clients, visitors, and employees, you will play an essential role in creating a positive experience while ensuring our office operates efficiently. **WHAT YOU'LL DO  
**As the TORKLAW Ambassador- receptionist, your responsibilities will include but not limited to:

-   Greet and welcome clients, visitors, and employees with professionalism and warmth.
-   Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming office environment that reflects the TORKLAW brand.
-   Answer and route incoming calls using a multi-line phone system.
-   Take accurate messages and direct inquiries to the appropriate team members.
-   Provide administrative support to attorneys and staff as needed.
-   Scan, copy, fax, file, and organize legal documents.
-   Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail, packages, and legal deliveries.
-   Prepare outgoing correspondence and shipments using FedEx and USPS.
-   Assist with office organization, supplies, and day-to-day operations.
-   Perform other administrative duties as assigned.

  
**WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR**

-   1+ year of receptionist, administrative, customer service, or similar experience preferred.
-   High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
-   Professional and written communication skills.
-   Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
-   Friendly, proficiency with Microsoft Office and other standard office software.
-   Strong vision, and client-focused demeanor.
-   Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
-   Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
-   Reliable transportation is required, as this is a fully in-office position.
