## Description

We're Hiring Junior HR Specialist !

**Location:** Cairo, Egypt  
**Experience:** 1–2 Years

### Job Responsibilities

-   Handle recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
-   Manage personnel files, employee documentation, and onboarding procedures.
-   Follow up on attendance, leaves, and social insurance procedures.
-   Ensure compliance with Egyptian Labor Law and company policies.

### Job Requirements

-   Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
-   1–2 years of experience in Recruitment and Personnel.
-   F&B industry experience is preferred.
-   Good knowledge of Egyptian Labor Law and social insurance.
-   Good communication, organizational, and Microsoft Office skills.
