## Description

Clinigen is seeking a highly qualified Commercial Lead to spearhead our commercial operations with a focus on driving sustainable business growth and enhancing market presence. The successful candidate will be entrusted with developing and executing strategic commercial plans, managing key stakeholder relationships, and leading cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional results.

In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing sales functions, forecasting, and budgeting, as well as identifying new market opportunities in alignment with Clinigen’s organizational objectives. The position requires collaboration with internal departments and external partners, ensuring the delivery of innovative healthcare solutions to patients worldwide.

**Key Responsibilities:**

-   Formulate and implement comprehensive commercial strategies to achieve revenue and market share targets.
-   Lead and coordinate sales and marketing initiatives, ensuring alignment with corporate goals.
-   Manage sales forecasting, budget allocation, and performance reporting to senior management.
-   Build and maintain robust relationships with healthcare professionals, partners, and clients.
-   Conduct market analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for business expansion.
-   Support and drive new business development and product launch activities.

## Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications and competencies:

-   A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related discipline.
-   Proven experience in commercial leadership roles within the pharmaceutical, healthcare, or life sciences sectors.
-   Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects effectively.
-   Strong strategic planning and analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
-   Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills suitable for engaging with a diverse range of stakeholders.
-   Results-oriented mindset with proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
-   Experience working within multicultural or global organizations is highly desirable.
