## Description

JASARA PMC is a leading program management company dedicated to delivering large-scale social infrastructure and development programs across Saudi Arabia, supporting the Kingdom's Vision 2030. As part of our dynamic team in Riyadh, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the visual identity and communication of technical proposals for major projects.  
  
Key responsibilities include:

-   Designing visually compelling technical proposals for program management, consulting, and contracting companies
-   Creating proposal-related deliverables such as bid decks, capability statements, infographics, and templates
-   Collaborating with project teams to ensure design consistency and alignment with client requirements
-   Translating complex technical information into clear, engaging visual formats
-   Maintaining high standards of quality and accuracy in all design outputs
-   Contributing to the development of innovative design solutions that support business objectives
-   Managing multiple projects simultaneously and meeting tight deadlines

## Requirements

-   Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field
-   6+ years of relevant graphic design experience
-   Experience designing technical proposals for program management, consulting, or contracting companies
-   Portfolio showcasing technical proposal work samples
-   Experience producing proposal-related deliverables such as proposal documents, bid decks, capability statements, infographics, or templates
-   Professional experience working in the Middle East
-   Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop), Microsoft PowerPoint, and Canva
-   English language proficiency
