## Description

We are looking for a **Workforce Strategy Advisor** to help shape and optimize workforce planning, organizational design, and talent strategy to support business growth and operational effectiveness.

**Tasks and Responsibilities:**

-   Partner with hiring and engagement managers to understand workforce requirements and translate business needs into appropriate workforce strategies.
-   Analyze work requirements by breaking down traditional roles into tasks, skills, and capabilities required to achieve business objectives.
-   Advise stakeholders on the full workforce ecosystem, including employees, contingent workers, outsourced solutions, and location strategies.
-   Apply the "Build, Buy, Borrow, Bot, and Base" framework to determine fit-for-purpose and compliant workforce solutions.
-   Analyze internal workforce data and external market intelligence to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for workforce optimization.
-   Provide regular workforce insights, reports, and recommendations to support workforce planning and decision-making.
-   Utilize data-driven insights to support workforce strategy recommendations and business cases.
-   Determine and validate final work type classifications in accordance with workforce management policies.
-   Ensure compliance with global and local workforce policies, labor laws, tax regulations, and workforce governance requirements.
-   Coordinate with source system owners and stakeholders to improve data quality and ensure accurate workforce-related data management.
-   Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, HR, Procurement, and business stakeholders to deliver integrated workforce solutions.
-   Support continuous improvement initiatives related to workforce planning, talent strategies, and workforce governance.

## Requirements

-   Experience as a Workforce Advisor, Talent Advisor, HR Generalist, Global Process Coordinator/Manager, Procurement Associate, Buyer, or similar role.
-   Strong understanding of workforce planning, talent management, workforce strategy, and workforce operating models.
-   Experience working with HR, talent, workforce planning, or procurement systems and tools.
-   Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret workforce data, identify trends, and generate actionable insights.
-   Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all organizational levels.
-   Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict-resolution abilities.
-   Knowledge of workforce compliance, labor laws, tax implications, and workforce governance principles.
-   Experience with contingent workforce management, outsourced services, or workforce procurement is highly desirable.
-   Procurement experience and exposure to contract reviews are considered a strong advantage.
-   Ability to work in complex, global environments and balance multiple stakeholder priorities effectively.
-   Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
-   Candidates must declare criminal record extract not older than three months
