We are excited to offer a position for a Dutch Speaking Customer Happiness Specialist. This important role is designed to ensure that our Dutch-speaking clients receive superior support and service, fostering lasting customer relationships and enhancing overall satisfaction.

  

### Responsibilities

-   Serve as the primary liaison for Dutch-speaking customers, providing support through various channels including phone, email, and live chat.
-   Enhance customer satisfaction by efficiently addressing inquiries and resolving any concerns that arise.
-   Document customer interactions and feedback using our CRM system, ensuring accurate record-keeping.
-   Analyze customer feedback to identify trends and recommend improvements to the overall customer experience.
-   Work collaboratively with different teams to implement solutions that boost customer happiness.
-   Keep updated on product knowledge to provide insightful support and recommendations to customers.
-   Foster a positive team dynamic by sharing ideas and participating in initiatives aimed at enhancing customer service.

## Requirements

-   Fluency in Dutch and English, with outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
-   Prior experience in customer service or similar roles is preferred.
-   Strong ability to build rapport and maintain effective relationships with customers.
-   Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
-   Familiarity with CRM systems and customer support tools is a plus.
-   Highly organized with a keen attention to detail when managing customer interactions.
-   A genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and promoting customer happiness.
