## Description

Build a Farmers Insurance agency serving Macon, Warner Robins, Dublin, and surrounding Middle Georgia communities. You’ll help individuals and businesses understand their insurance options, build lasting client relationships, and grow new business in the local community.

Insurance experience is welcome but not required. If you do not yet hold Georgia Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses, we provide training and cover the pre-licensing fees.

What You’ll Do

-   Build relationships with prospective and existing clients
-   Learn clients’ needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions
-   Generate new business through prospecting, referrals, networking, and community involvement
-   Follow up on leads and manage opportunities throughout the sales process
-   Assist clients with policy questions, renewals, coverage updates, and claims-related guidance
-   Maintain accurate client and sales activity records
-   Participate in coaching, product training, and team meetings
-   Work toward individual and team sales goals
-   Help guide sales activities and support team growth as your leadership responsibilities expand

## Requirements

What We’re Looking For

-   Sales, customer service, business development, or leadership experience preferred
-   Strong communication and relationship-building skills
-   A self-motivated and goal-oriented approach
-   Confidence initiating conversations and following up with prospective clients
-   Good organization, time management, and personal accountability
-   Interest in becoming involved in the Albany community
-   Active Georgia Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses or willingness to obtain them with our support
