**Location:** Montana  
**Setting:** Remote/Telehealth  
**Position:** Full-Time  
**Salary:** $115,000–$120,000 a year  
**Schedule:** Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

**Job Summary:**  
We are hiring a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) for a full-time remote role serving clients through telehealth. In this position, you will help individuals, couples, and families work through relationship issues, emotional challenges, communication barriers, and life transitions. Your day-to-day work will focus on providing therapy, creating treatment plans, maintaining accurate documentation, and helping clients make practical progress in their personal and family lives.

**Responsibilities:**

-   Provide virtual therapy sessions for individuals, couples, and families
-   Assess client needs and develop appropriate treatment plans
-   Help clients address relationship concerns, conflict, stress, anxiety, and family dynamics
-   Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation
-   Monitor client progress and adjust treatment strategies as needed
-   Follow ethical, legal, and professional standards of practice

## Requirements

-   Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field
-   Active Montana LMFT license in good standing
-   At least 1 year of post-licensure clinical experience preferred
-   Experience providing therapy to individuals, couples, and families
-   Strong assessment, communication, and documentation skills
-   Comfortable working in a remote/telehealth setting
